Question 1

What is Bulut-ik and which processes does it cover?

Accepted Answer

Bulut-ik is HR software that brings personnel records, time tracking and payroll, leave and overtime, advances, expenses, travel, asset custody, tasks, training, and reporting into one cloud platform. Its modular design lets you start with what you need and expand as you grow.

Question 2

Is it compliant with Turkish SGK and payroll regulations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Time tracking, payroll calculation, SGK declaration infrastructure, and up-to-date regulatory parameters are core Bulut-ik capabilities. Regulatory changes are reflected in the system at no extra charge.

Question 3

What sets Bulut-ik apart from Kolay İK and global platforms?

Accepted Answer

Bulut-ik is built on Pargesoft's ERP and payroll expertise dating back to 2002. Turkish regulations, SGK integration, KVKK-compliant Azure infrastructure, and Microsoft Dynamics / Power BI integration come in one package. Unlike global platforms, local payroll and declaration workflows are standard out of the box.

Question 4

Can we migrate existing time-clock or Excel data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most time-clock brands are supported via API or file import. Personnel archives and historical payroll records are moved through a planned migration during the discovery call.

Question 5

What company sizes is it suited for?

Accepted Answer

The same architecture scales from ten-person teams to multi-entity holdings with thousands of employees. Module-based licensing means you pay only for the capabilities you use.

Question 6

Where is data hosted and how is KVKK compliance ensured?

Accepted Answer

Data is stored encrypted on Microsoft Azure. Role-based access, audit logs, and configuration aligned with your KVKK processes are included by default.

Question 7

How do demo and onboarding work?

Accepted Answer

A free 30-day demo lets you test modules against your own processes. Setup, basic training, and Help Desk support are included. After submitting the form, you typically hear back within one business day.
