Personal Data Protection Policy
Data controller Pargesoft's data processing principles under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Under Law No. 6698, data controller identity, processing purposes, and retention principles are clearly defined.
Data controller
Data controller: Pargesoft Software and Consulting Services. Personnel records, payroll, communication, and application data processed within the Bulut-ik platform are managed under this policy.
Processing purposes and legal grounds
Data is processed based on legal grounds including performance of the service contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, and legitimate interest.
Processing that requires explicit consent (reference checks, optional cookies, etc.) is carried out through separate consent mechanisms.
Retention and security
Data is stored encrypted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Access logs are maintained; technical and administrative measures are applied against unauthorized access.
Retention periods are determined according to processing purpose; when the period expires, data is deleted or anonymized.
